We have proudly served the Diecast Car Collecting Community for over 30 years, with sites on various Marketplaces and several free-standing websites which we have owned and managed. You may have done business with us as TodaysSale or AAADiecast on our prior freestanding websites. Those were shut down as we moved to a marketplace for a few years but as the Marketplaces have become more and more demanding in their control over our business we have decided to move back to our own independent website and thus Toy Cars USA was launched. We are proud to now offer over 15,000 items for sale from most of the popular brands.

Shipping, Returns, Damages and Refunds

As a rule we ship on the Next Business Day (Monday-Friday) all orders received by 3:00 pm each day. Shipping will be by USPS or UPS as selected by you at checkout. Though you will save money by combining all of the items you want into one order each order we receive will be shipped separately.

We do accept returns and will be glad to make a refund less 5% Restocking Fee and shipping costs charged for any item you are not happy with. To receive this refund simply contact us at CustomerService@ToyCarsUSA.com and let us know you wish to make a return. We will then issue a Return Authorization Number so that we are expecting your item to be returned. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped to you Postage Prepaid within 15 days of receipt of our authorization to qualify for a refund.

Goods lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier unless they were not properly packaged for shipment. USPS Domestic packages are automatically insured for up to $100. Though damage claims can be made by either party it is best that you make those claims since you have the goods in hand and would be best able to furnish the information to the USPS for the claim. All international claims must be made by the recipient as they generally involve the destination country and many are not automatically insured. We cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments made to international destinations. International customers please be sure you agree with these conditions prior to placing an order.

In order to make a claim go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm where you can find all of the information and links to do so online. Be sure to keep the damaged boxes/items until your claim is settled. Having us file the claim will require that the goods be sent back to us creating a likelyhood of even further damage. Please contact us should you neeed further assistance and we will do all we can to rectify the situation.

Customs Documents

As a business we are reqired to properly fill out all customs documents so we cannot modify the amounts paid on those documents. Be aware that the payment processors are now tracking that information so any attempt to evade duties could cause you an issue now or in the future. On the bright side our pricing and discounts should save you money on duties as only the actual discounted price paid, less shipping, is reflected in the declared value.

Two important points for international shipments are that we MUST have your phone number for the customs documents. Failure to supply the phone number on your order will delay your shipment. Also once shipped all international shipments will at first show tracking through New Jersey which is the USPS GlobalPost Processing center for International shipments. After that point USPS may only provide updates up to the point of delivery to the destination country. Countries that electronically send updates to the USPS will show tracking as supplied on the USPS site to the point of delivery.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy when using our website is very important to us. Listed below are the ways in which your shopping data is protected.

Data for Payment

The shopping cart may collect the following shopper information for credit card processing:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Address (billing and/or shipping)
  • IP

The information is collected so that your payment can be processed, and shipping can occur. The payment data will be shared with a payment processor as well as the order total and possibly order details such as the products ordered.

All orders are processed via SSL and payment information such as Account Numbers, Expiration Dates, and CCV numbers are not seen nor available to us. We do not have access to any Cardholder or Account Data in that respect.

Data for Analytics

Pages browsed will be logged by the Web Server. The information tracked and logged will include your IP address.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser on your device. They are used to remember preferences and improve the browsing and checkout experience. Our shopping cart uses the following cookies:

  • Shopping Basket Cookie — sets a basket ID to correlate to your temporary shopping cart file. (Remains for up to 7 days)
  • Mini Cart Cookie — contains a list of products you have added to your cart. Used for displaying your shopping basket while you browse store pages. (Remains for up to 7 days)
  • Shopper Cookie — saves email, billing address and shipping address so that the next time you check out your address information is already populated. This cookie is created when you submit an order. (is kept for 1 year)

Data Retention

Orders — When an order is completed the order information (including email, name, address, products, shipping method, etc.) is stored in a database. That information remains for up to one year.

 

Cookies — Cookies can be cleared by you. The method used depends on the browser and device. 

 

Marketing — Should you choose to share information with us for the purpose of email marketing we will add your information to our Mailing List, however we will remove you from that list at any time you request. All email communication from us will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom allowing you to do this or you can email us directly using the link at the bottom of any page on our website. This list will be considered the property of the company and as such should we sell the company the list would be passed on to the new owner.

 

Errors & Omissions — We work hard to make sure that all information on our website is correct and up to date. This includes prices, product descriptions, product images, inventory information, and shipping information. In the event of an error or omission we reserve the right to cancel any order or in the case of any order already processed to refund all or part of that order which may be in error.

Your Acceptance -- By using our site you agree that you are 18 years of age or older. You also agree to the terms and conditions set forth here and agree to indemnify us for any loss we may incur as a result of your failure to abide by these conditions. You understand that we may refuse and cancel any order for any reason. You understand that like most retailers we do change prices from time to time in association with Special Sales and/or market fluctiouns in prices. Such changes are not valid on prior orders. We are not responsible for pricing or other information published on other websites or on Search Engines that may indicate a price or information not matching our currently published information as the updating of that information is out of our control.
